Excellent service!! The staff was extremely warm and courteous. Dr. Shreya gave me a detailed explanation of my diagnosis and was extremely humble and sweet in doing so. Even though the hospital was filled with patients, my total wait time was 15 minutes!

Well a really bad experience I faced with Rushabh Eye Hospital, Firstly the reception staff is not courteous with the customers and secondly over charging. It was informed that every alternate visit is chargeable however they stated later that the charges are applicable if it passes a week's time. Let me ask if the next visit is scheduled after a week for follow up how can the patient determine if the next follow up is chargeable or not. Also, I had a bad vision when I was prescribed drops which made visions of both eyes blur for more than 48 hrs. When I visited them to consult they consider it as a follow up which I am not able to understand. Doctor is not accessible directly and no consultation over the phone. Doctor does not even meet the patient till the time payment is done. Terrible is what I would say as a customer. Payment if taken for the right treatment is acceptable but not for every follow up. I can afford but what about the ones who can't. Even as a Customer why should I pay more for I don't see value for services. **** ****** ** ***** **** ** *** ****** ** ****** ** ** ** *** ** **** **** ** **** ********** **** ** ******** ***** Thanks...
